Below is our general refund policy. We sell customized products and your order is unique to your request and brand; therefore, we are unable to accept returns. While it will be very rare, any incident of defective products will be handled appropriately and on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for customized products and merchandise. The quality of print will require a high resolution artwork file provided by the client. Digital samples can be provided on request of the client prior to approval. Should the print quality not meet adequate standards due to Blink or its vendors' actions, a replacement order will be made upon return of the defective order. Client satisfaction is our top priority!
